These prices include
electricity, water, breakfast, heating and air conditioning, baby cot (0-3 years old) available for free, all taxes, commissions
or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- extra bed/sofa bed: Euro 50 per night (only in Junior Suite and Suite)
Extra service (upon request):
- small pets allowed: Euro 25 per night.
Pets are welcome (upon request).

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the owner via credit card or wire transfer. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: The deposit is not refundable. In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday San Biagio Relais will have to charge also:
a) deposit only – if cancellation is received from the point of booking to 14 days prior arrival, or
b) total rent – if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior arrival or in case of no show.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A
deposit of one night’s rental is to be left with
the caretaker upon arrival. This money is refundable
less a deduction for the cost of making good any loss
or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants
are advised to consider insurance needs in relation
to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In
Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident,

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive from 03.00 p.m. and leave by 12.00 noon.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of
Montepulciano.
