Arriving guests and guests needing assistance after
hours are provided with a number to call a staff member
of the hotel as well as an emergency number for the
staff of 'InTuscany'. These numbers will be provided
along with your contact and arrival details once the
deposit has been charged to your card.
These prices include all taxes, commissions
or sur charges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Extra Bed: Euro 50 per day.
Pets not allowed.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable
at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card
or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all
or part of your holiday Antica Torre di via Tornabuoni
n1 will have to charge either :
a) deposit + a further 50% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 30 to 20 days before arrival, or
b) deposit + a further 70% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 20 to 7 days before arrival, or
c) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 7 days before arrival.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between
4.00 and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
