Villa Ducci is set in beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent views of the towers of San Gimignano and the glorious Tuscan countryside.
 Its origins trace back to medieval times. Some 13th century documents from the municipality of San Gimignano mention a watchtower located in San Biagio around which a village was eventually established.
The watchtower was converted to a Villa by the Ducci Family at the end of the 19th century. The Villa has recently undergone total renovation and while retaining its historical charm and character with a contemporary designed interior.
ACCOMMODATION: The rooms and apartments in the Villa and in the annexed farmhouses offer a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Plain, simple furnishings create a feeling of intimacy and cosiness, very important qualities when you are far from home.  All the rooms are air conditioned and centrally heated.

LOCATION: Villa Ducci is less then 5 minutes driving from San Gimignano as well as with easy reach of most important Tuscan places of interest: 40 minutes from Siena, 40 minutes from Florence. The nearest airport is Florence. Pisa airport is 1 hour from the property and Rome 3hours.
