These prices include
water, gas, electricity, towels and bed linens (swimming pool towels not included), breakfast (rooms only), final cleaning, all taxes, commissions or sur charges payable to InTuscany.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due on arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday more than 45 days before arrival the deposit is not refundable.
a) 20% of the balance - if cancellation is received more than 45 days before letting, or
b) 50% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 44 to 30 days before arrival, or
c) 75% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 30 to 3 days before arrival, or
d) Total rent – if cancellation is received from 3 days to the arrival date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 100 is to be left with the caretaker upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants. ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
