These prices include baby cot (0-3 years), all taxes, commissions
or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- buffet breakfast: Euro 15 per person;
- dinner (3 courses, beverages not included): Euro 35 per person.
- beds supplement adults: Euro 49 per night;
- beds supplement (3-12 year): Euro 30 per night.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the case you cancel all or part of your booking, we are entitled to recover the following percentage of the holiday cost:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received within 15 days before arrival, or
b) deposit + 50% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 15 to 7 days before arrival, or
c) deposit + 75% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 7 to 3 days before arrival, or
d) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 3 days before arrival or in case of no show.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00
and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
