ACCOMMODATIONS:
Double Rooms at Villa Ulivi are large, comfortable,
furnished with antiques and illuminated by the Tuscan
sun. Windows overlook the gardens of the Villa and the
city of Florence. Each room is provided with its own
bathroom. Bathrooms are tiled with prestigious marbles
and are equipped with tub or shower. Breakfast, with
Florentine bread, coffee, tea, juice and home-made cakes
and jams, is served: during the winter, in the lounges
of the Villa, giving onto the gardens; in summertime,
on the terraces, under the shadow of luxuriant mimosa-trees.

planted with fragrant roses and lavender, at the end
of a shady horse- chestnuts

The nearest airport is Florence, less
than 20 minutes depending on traffic. Pisa is about
one hour and Rome about 3.
Please note: This property does not
have air conditioning. Air conditioning is rarely necessary
in Tuscany due to the lack of humidity and the temperate
climate. Almost all of our properties at InTuscany are
in remodeled medieval or renaissance buildings. They
generally have very thick walls and high ceilings, most
are built on the tops of our gently rolling hills where
they catch the breezes that spring up at mid day and
in the evenings.
