This one room apartment (32 sq. m.) with 2 1 beds on the beach promenade is in the centre of Marina di Castagneto Carducci, on the 3rd. and top floor of a building with a lift where there are also small shops and restaurants. 

This west facing apartment is in an exclusive location and very quiet. It is also warm in winter and particularly recommended for winter renting.

The beach directly in front of the house is free to use. To the north there is a "bagno" where one can hire beach huts and deck chairs with sun umbrellas, and to the south the beach belongs to a hotel where one can use the pool and other facilities on payment.

ACCOMODATION

The apartment consists of a single room plus bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea equipped with wrought iron and stone table and chairs. Entering one finds on the right one sofa that become a double bed, a single sofa bed, a cot, a dinning table and a cupboard.

On the left there is a well equipped cooking area. Two electric hobs, fridge/freezer, toaster, English and Italian coffee machines and a dishwasher. There is also a cupboard with an iron and ironing board. The door to the left leads into the bathroom, with shower and washing machine. The apartment has central heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer.

GARDEN AND SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT

One has access directly on to the beach from the buildings basement level, where there is also an outside shower.

Cars can be parked in any of the side streets near the building or there is a parking space in a fenced garden approximately 300 meters from this apartment.
