2005 Rates:
These prices include 3 hours of daily
maid service, towels and bed linens, all taxes, commissions
or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude central heating and
firewood, which will be charged on consumption.
Local staff only speak French but the owners of the
Château can be contacted by phone for emergency
translations.
DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 37 % of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the
beginning of the letting period. If the balance is not
paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement
will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send
you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you
how to send the money. All amounts must be paid directly
to the owners by way of wire transfer or check in Pounds
Sterling, Euro or US Dollars.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation
is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than
8 weeks before letting.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A deposit of or equivalent to Euro 500 is to be paid
to the owners together with the balance payment. This
amount will be returned to you by post when the owners
hear that the property was left in good condition with
no damages, loses or breakages and less any charges
for central heating, telephone or fire wood.
INSURANCE:
All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00
and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE:
all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
