DEPOSIT: A deposit of 30% of
the total letting price is payable at the time of booking.
It may be paid by credit card
or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will
be sent via e-mail a voucher confirming your payment
with contact and arrival details.
BALANCE: The balance is paid
in two parts, a further 30% is payable at a mid way point
between the date of booking and one month before the
date of arrival. The final amount is paid one month
before arrival.
CANCELLATION: All amounts
paid are non refundable.
ARRIVAL: Unless other
wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 and 8.00
p.m.
