Special Offer Christmas and New Years weeks for the low season price
These prices include gas, electricity, water, towels and bed linens and each two days cleaning service is included for two hours all taxes, commissions or sur charges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- Final cleaning: Euro 60;
- Heating: which will be charged on consumption (Euro 1 per cubic meter).
Upon request:
- cooking classes: Euro 50 per person, minimum 6 persons; shopping excluded;
- dinner organized at the Villa: Euro 30/35 per person; shopping excluded;
- Linen: Euro 5 single bed and Euro 10 double bed;
- Extra change of towels: Euro 10 per person;
- Table linen: Euro 10 per set.
High season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in low season.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable
at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card
or wire transfer.
Upon
receipt of your deposit you will be sent via e-mail
a voucher confirming your reservation with contact information
for the owners and the phone number of the villa.
BALANCE: The balance is due in cash (Euro) on arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all
or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a)
deposit only - if cancellation is received more than
8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation
is received less than 8 weeks before letting.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 300 is to be left with the owners
upon arrival. This money will be refunded upon your
departure less a deduction for the cost of making good
any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All
tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation
to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In
Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident,

ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between
4.00 and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN
THE EVENT OF DISPUTE : all disputes will be heard
in the court of Montepulciano.
