Villa Owners
At ‘InTuscany’ we work very
closely with our property owners and never
forget that whilst the holiday makers come
and go the property owners are return clients
week after week. We value our relation ship
with them. |

‘InTuscany’ accepts new
properties between the end of September and the end
of December.
This year we will particularly be
looking for independent villas with private pools of
any size, especially those near to Florence, hotels
in Rome, Venice, Siena, Pisa and Florence centre and
hotels or apartment complexes with pools in the Montalcino
or Pisa area.
Each year new entrants are strictly
limited. The more information you can provide about
your property in the form of photos, a web site, description,
price expectations, floor plans etc. and the sooner
after mid September we receive your application the
greater your chances of acceptance.
At ’InTuscany’ we work
on a fixed commission and do not demand exclusivity.
There is no charge to be included on the site.

Quest'anno cercheremo in particolare
ville indipendenti con piscina privata, specialmente
se vicino a Firenze, alberghi a Roma, Venezia, Siena,
Pisa e Firenze centro e complessi di alberghi o appartamenti
con piscina nell'area di Montalcino o di Pisa.
Ogni anno i nuovi inserimenti sono
sempre più limitati. Più informazioni
potete darci sulla vostra proprietà (foto, descrizione,
planimetrie, prezzi, sito web) e prima ci contatterete
dopo la metà di settembre, più aumenteranno
le possibilità di essere inseriti.
InTuscany lavora su commissione fissa,
non chiede l’esclusiva e non c’è
un prezzo da pagare per venire inseriti sul sito.

If you would
like to put your property on our site but feel unsure,
we would gladly provide you with a reference so that
you can hear from other people what it is like to work
with us.
We turn away clients looking for villas
with a pool and five bedrooms or less, every day.
We are always ready to accept small to medium independent
villas with a pool.
For all other types of accommodation
we accept applications between October 15th and December
15th.
Any descriptive information, prices
and photographs that you can provide at that time will
substantially increase your chances of acceptance.
At 'InTuscany' we work entirely on
commission and there is no charge to be inserted onto
the site.
We do not demand exclusivity although
do insist your property is not advertised on another
site for a lower price than on the site of 'InTuscany'.
