Villa Lebole

Villa Lebole is a charming private villa immersed in the countryside, set among gentle hills partly wooded and partly cultivated but still within only 3 km from Arezzo, the town made famous by Roberto Benigni who chose it as the setting of “La vita è Bella”.This makes it the perfect location to enjoy rest and relaxation in complete quiet within few km from a town as well as the ideal place to visit the most important places of interest in Tuscany.

The villa has been restored in keeping with its rural origins preserving the original materials and using these for the structural reinforcement as well as for the finishing and fittings. The elegant furnishing complete this idyllic picture creating a warm atmosphere where style and modern comforts contribute to offer a heavenly setting for your holidays.

ACCOMODATION

This ancient villa has been wisely restored respecting the Tuscan traditions for the selection of materials: Tuscan “terracotta” floors andwooden beamed ceilings at the upper floor and original stone floors at the ground level.

On the lower level a wide open spacious area comprises dining room and living room divided by brickwork arches. Separate fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also one double bedroom with bathroom with shower with direct access to the lower garden.

Upstairs two double bedrooms sharing one bathroom with shower. One of these bedrooms has two large windows with view over the valley and it has a direct access to the garden near the pool. The other bedroom has the same view and exit to the pool through a corridor. The villa is provided with central heating TV Sat and USB Key internet connexion.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL

The external wall of the villa is decorated with an espalier of pink roses which also punctuate the garden.

The pool (12 x 6 meters), surrounded by olive trees, is immersed in the countryside and it is the perfect place where you can enjoy the quiet in complete relaxation. It is shared with the owners. Around the villa you can find 2 gazebos equipped with tables and chairs. Beside one of the gazebos there is an ancient large oven for bread in keeping with the style of the property.

 High season booking strictly saturday to saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.
Conditions: 

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent via e-mail a voucher confirming your payment with contact and arrival details.

BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the owner via wire transfer. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited. ‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.

CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:

a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.

INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
