Villino Panzano

Villino Panzano “Little Church” is an Independent small Cottage located in a historical site in the heart of Chianti. From the patio you can admire a panoramic 360°view on the surrounding hills and a nice garden with pool.

Villino Panzano is an independent villa suitable for 4/5 people. Originally it was the Church of Montegonzi Castle and now it has been restored into a beautiful little house  with all comforts. “Villino Panzano” was part of this fortified castle which dates back to the twelfth century.

During the restoration of the church, the owners took care, when possible, of the original style using only the original stonework. The pavements are partially original and all the external features have been designed to reproduce as closely as possible the original ones, always using the original stonework.

The house is independent but it is not isolated as Montegonzi resort (same owners) is close by and in case of need, someone will be there to help you (24 hours service).

ACCOMODATION

Ground floor (garden entrance): Tuscan style characteristic living/dining room with kitchen corner and a large double sofabed in front of the satellite tv; bathroom with shower. 

Wooden steps to mezzanine: two small double bedrooms with air-conditioning. Laundry room with washing-machine available for free at the nearby resort.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL

Eeating out area under a pergola, private pool (7 x 3.60 meters; 1.40 meters deep) and private garden furniture with sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

The villa is accessed by a gravl road not suitable for sports car. Villino Panzano is near to Florence as well as with easy reach of most important Tuscan places of interest. The nearest airport is Florence airport (about 40 minutes by car). Pisa airport is about one hour and 20 minutes and Rome airports are both about 3 hours away.

 High season booking strictly saturday to saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.
Conditions: 

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.

BALANCE: The balance is due upon your arrival directly to the owner.

CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:

a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.

INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
