Villa Casorelle

Once you have crossed a small bridge over a fresh water stream, you will know that you have arrived to a place where you can relax and enjoy all that Tuscany has to offer. Welcome to Borgo Casorelle a large property made of an agriturism and an independent Villa. The Villa Casorelle is nestled amongst olive groves in the hills of northern Tuscany and it represents the ideal Tuscan accommodation far enough from all the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough to make the trip enjoyable.

Villa Casorelle is a real jewel no expense was spared when this 250 year old villa was restored. The villa can comfortably sleep up to 7 persons and comes complete with its own private swimming pool, gardens, covered terraces and exterior wood-burning oven and barbecue. 

ACCOMODATION

The villa is characterized by huge windows and large doors throughout the ground floor. This allows our guests to enjoy the various views available from the property. To the south you will see the 17th Century Villa Rospigliosi and the towns of Lamporecchio and Vinci. To the north the typical Tuscan landscape with olive groves covering the hills around.

The ground floor of Villa Casorelle has one single bedroom with bathroom ensuite, two living rooms with sitting areas, another bathroom and a large eat-in kitchen. The kitchen, complete with oven, stove and full size refrigerator comfortably seats 7 people. It has two large accesses to a covered terrace, allowing our guests to enjoy their meals either indoor or outside. One of the two large sitting areas backs onto the kitchen, making it the perfect layout for entertaining guests while preparing dinner.

The other two bedrooms (with air conditioning) are located on the first floor of the villa. One of the bedrooms is a double with four-poster bed and two large windows enjoying beautiful views. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds and it has equally spectacular views. The third bathroom of the villa is also located on the first floor.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL

The villa has no fewer than seven accesses to the gardens and terraces at your disposal. This unique layout brings the outdoors into the home, immersing you in Tuscany’s beautiful nature.

The property has its own backyard, complete with private swimming pool (8 x 3 metres) and perfectly manicured meadow, ideal for an outdoor picnic or basking under the Tuscan sun.

Vinci, place of birth of Leonardo da Vinci, is only 7 Km far. You can se the original birthouse of Leonardo and a very famous museum in an enchanted tuscan village. Florence. Security deposit

 High season booking strictly saturday to saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.
Conditions: 

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.

BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the owner via wire transfer. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited. ‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.

CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:

a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.

INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
