Villa Masotti is part of the greater complex called Il Salicone. The villa, belonging to the noble Sozzifanti family, is a typical XIX century Tuscan residence with its distinctive simple and elegant style.

From its privileged position on top the hill it ensures a unique view expanding across the vineyards and olive groves at Il Salicone estate.

This historical charming residence, recently restored and brought back to its original splendor, hosts the historical archives of the Italian tenor Egisto Niccoli family.

ACCOMODATION

Villa Masotti is 900 square meters extending on 3 levels.

On the ground floor of the villa, once housing the stables and the old kitchen, you can find the entrance hall, the dining room, patio, Living room with satellite-TV, separate WC, 1 twin bedroom, professional kitchen with dining table.

On the first floor you will be welcomed by the spacious living rooms perfect for a relaxing moment and dining room with fireplace. On this same floor there is also a double bedroom ad separate WC.

The second floor opens onto the large living room from which you can reach the three double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms all of them offering splendid vies of the park and the Italian garden. All of the bedrooms are equipped with bathrooms completely refurbished in travertine.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL

The villa offers its guests a pool (12 x 6 meters, depth 90 - 140 cm) strategically placed in a higher panoramic position amongst the olive groves with breathtaking views of the vineyards and the countryside surrounding.

The pool is fully equipped with sun chairs and sun umbrellas and a gazebo.

 High season booking strictly saturday to saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.
Conditions: 

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.

BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to InTuscany via wire transfer or credit card. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited. ‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.

CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:

a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.

INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
