Villa Bossona is an impressive villa which dates back to the eighteenth century. Ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays it is located in the sweet Montepulciano hills few minutes from the town. 

A small church with an enchanting bell tower is preserved in its original form and will welcome you upon arrival.

This property preserves the flavour of the ancient together with all the modern comforts. Rooms are wide, spacious and furnished with antiques to maintain the character of this centuries old villa. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern tools. A large dining room, a sitting room with a couch, the TV and CD player are at your disposal and the old still working fireplaces will make you feel at home.

ACCOMODATION

On the ground floor there is a living room, the kitchen, a lounge-dining room with fireplace, a small study and a storeroom. 

On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a sitting room with fireplace, a study, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with fireplace and two bathrooms.

On the second floor are the other 3 double room, 1 triple room and 1 single room and four bathrooms.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL

The magnificent eighteenth century Villa Bossona is surrounded by a huge Italian garden. The park is about 800 sq m and it is split in different areas: the pinewood, the holm-oaks area, the Italian garden and the swimming pool area.

The swimming pool, 12 x 6 m and maximum depth 1,5 m, open from mid May to end of September, is right in the middle of a vast English garden surrounded by tall bushes, statues and flowers. Of course there are also chairs, tables and sunshades.

Villa Bossona is the right place to spend a relaxing holiday enjoying both nature and culture.

Security deposit

 High season booking strictly saturday to saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.
Conditions: 

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.

BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the owner via wire transfer. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited. ‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.

CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:

a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.

INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
