The fresh interior is a winning combination of wood, tiles, oak beams, traditional Tuscan features and home comforts. Outside, lawns and a shady terrace are perfect for al fresco dining. Villa Murella really does offer an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday.

ACCOMODATION

Modern features include air conditioning (on req payable locally), central heating, sat TV and DVD player.  A well equipped open plan dining/kitchen with gas cooker, grill oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fireplace. There is a shower room and storage with a washing machine. A characteristic brick archway in the kitchen leads you to the comfortable and airy sitting room equipped with satellite television and DVD player the large panoramic doors lead to the outdoor sitting area and fantastic pool. Grounds at the villa are lawned and fenced in with evergreen screening plants.

The 2 double bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin/double) and 1 twin bedroom enjoy spectacular views and salubre breeze in Summer. A shower room with hairdrier. 

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL

The gardens are regularly maintained and the pool cleaned. There are tables and chairs for your outdoor meals, including parasols and sunloungers. The gardens are totally enclosed for the safety of toddlers and anywhere you enjoy stunning views over the valley.

The nearby village of Palaia has a couple of restaurants but a greater choice is within 15 minutes drive. The area offers innumerable places to visit and is famous for truffles, which can be tasted at the local shops.

Pisa, Lucca and Florence are a short drive away, and unusually for this region, you can reach a sandy beach in less than an hour. San Gimignano, Vinci, Lucca and the Medici Villas are all within 1 hour drive. When the weather is cooler, you may want to visit the public thermal baths in the nearby Casciana Terme and pamper yourself with regenerating body treatments.

 High season booking strictly saturday to saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.
Conditions: 

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking directly to 'InTuscany'. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent via e-mail a voucher confirming your reservation with contact information for the owners and the phone number of the villa.

BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be paid directly to InTuscany by wire transfer or credit card. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited. ‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.

CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:

a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.

INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
