Villa La Corte

Villa La Corte is a large farmhouse from the early 15th century, built around a thousand-year-old lookout Lombard tower and is set inside six hectares of private grounds amidst the hills covered in vineyards and olive trees, just outside of San Gimignano. You enter the villa through a large French door that overlooks the equipped courtyard.

The villa is comfortably furnished according to the style typical of elegant country residences; all of the daytime areas overlook the courtyard, which is equipped for pleasantly relaxing outdoors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with billiard's table, dining room and an equipped kitchen with access to the courtyard and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a small lounge, three double bedrooms, three bedrooms with two single beds in each, two bathrooms with bath and two bathrooms with shower.

From Villa La Corte you can walk just a short distance to reach the Villa La Torre; if needed for important ceremonies or events, such as weddings or company meetings, the two structures can be rented together.

Just a few meters away is the very well-kept lawn, often visited by pheasants and wild hares, where you will find a dirt floor tennis court and the swimming pool (7 x 14 meters, has a depth of 1.5 - 3 meters) equipped with deckchairs and sun umbrellas.

 High season booking strictly saturday to saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.
Conditions: 

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.

BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the owner via wire transfer or credit card. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited. ‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.

CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:

a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.

INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
