These prices include gas, water, towels, pool towels, bed and kitchen linens, towels and kitchen linens change at half week, final cleaning, firewood, all taxes, commissions or surcharges
payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- electricity: Euro 0.20/KW;

heating and air conditioning: which will be charged on consumption;

telephone & internet: which will be charged on consumption;

obligatory cleaning during the week (3 hours per day, 5 days a week): Euro 200.
Extra service (upon request):
- bed linens change: Euro 10;
- cooking lessons: from Monday to Friday or also just one day;

organized visits to the farm’s owner with tasting of the typical products (Brunello di Monalcino, salami etc.);

cook (plus helper) for meals: Euro 500 for maximum 10 people (wines excluded); for more than 10 people the price is Euro 30 per each extra person.
High season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.
Pets not allowed.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking directly to 'InTuscany'. It
may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of your
deposit you will be sent via e-mail a voucher confirming
your reservation with contact information for the owners
and the phone number of the villa.
BALANCE: The balance is due upon your arrival in cash or check at the villa.
CANCELLATION:In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + 30% of the balance - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 2,000 is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance
needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 2.00 and 4.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of
Montepulciano.
