- heating of both houses: which will be charged on consumption;

extra cleaning: Euro 15 per hour;

telephone: which will be charged on consumption;
Extra service (upon request):
- there is the possibility of in house catering on request;

the owner is an art history teacher and would be more than happy to meet her tenants for half day of guided art history lessons. The cost of a guided tour is Euro 200 for four people or less and Euro 50 for every additional person. Participants must have their own means of transport;
