These prices include
gas, water, electricity up to 250 Kw per week (Euro 0.40 for any extra Kw), two hours of daily cleaning service for 5 days, use of the laundry and electric dryer and towels and bed linen,
all taxes, commissions
or sur charges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- Final cleaning: Euro 100;
- Heating: which will be charged on consumption (Euro 1 per cubic meter).
Upon request:
- cooking classes (Euro 50 per person, minimum 6 persons; shopping excluded);
- dinner organized at the Villa (Euro 30/35 per person; shopping excluded);
- massages and other beauty treatments at the villa;
- linen: Euro 5 single bed and Euro 10
double bed;
- extra change of towels: Euro 10 per
person;
- table linen: Euro 10 per set.
High season bookings strictly Saturday
to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request
in low season.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due upon your arrival at Villa Il Palazzetto.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation
is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than
8 weeks before letting
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 500 is to be left with the owner or
caretaker upon arrival. This money is refundable less
a deduction for the cost of making good any loss or
damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless other
wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 and 8.00
p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
