Hi Manola,
We just returned from Italy and our
week visit to Il Portico. We absolutely loved the villa
and had a great time. The villa was exactly as you had
described. Everything went very well and we had no unpleasant
surprises. Loredana was great. She came by every day
to work in the garden or to be available for questions,
but was always discrete and never in the way. Also Gianmarco
came through for us. As you know we had several airport/train
transfers and he took care of everything perfectly.
Thank you for all that you did to
give us a perfect vacation. Congratulations for running
such an excellent organization! You did a fine job for
us. I will recommend you to our friends and acquaintances
without hesitation. I also particularly appreciate your
answering all my questions so quickly and professionally
over the last few months. I wish you continued success
with the business. We will surely contact you again.
