Villa with pool for 6 people in the heart of Umbria near to Todi, Assisi, Spoleto and Rome.
Immersed in the Umbrian countryside, shaded fields of sun flowers, spread olive trees and soft hills, close to Todi, you find Villa Mariagrazia.
 The scenery of green countryside is on the historic town of Amelia (X II ac) still today circled by antique Roman walls.
In this corner of true well being the owners Maria Grazia and Gianni quite unexpectedly built in this foreshorten of green two beautiful villas that over the years they have transformed into their own refuge, a small oasis of peace where they may relax and receive friends.
And so, the lenghten stays at the Pettorella on the family’s side and friends, always more enthusiastic, convinced the owners to open the doors of their villas to guests as well and not necessarily always friends.
The villa was built following and respecting the Umbro- Tuscan traditions and above all without altering or modifying the wonderful surrounding landscape.It was all built by recuperating historical farming materials, ceilings with wooden baems, brick flooring, stone fireplaces.
The care in every detail of the fine quality furniture and the furnishing objects, found with passion by the owners among markets and antique dealers of Umbria, the harmonious matching of the paintings and the refine choice of drapery, give an illusion of living again in the past and create a warm atmosphere.
ACCOMMODATION: Villa Maria Grazia is on one level:
at the main entrance you enter into a big open space in where you find the living room with an antique stone fireplace, sofas and  armchairs and another large similar living room with comfortable sofas and a beautiful bookcase,TV sat and stereo CD.
On the other side there is the dining area with a nicefireplace and a big table in antique wood and a lovely cosy kitchen completely equipped where you can find absolutely everything.
A door leads you into the sleeping area where you are able to walk on a warm parquet.
Here there is a romantic double bedroom with a canopy bed, a charming bathroom with Jacuzzi, a suite with two double beds, one in which is positioned up upon a internal loft attic, and the second delightful bathroom with shower.
The living room area leads to a "jarden d''hiver" with sofas and  armchairs in medulla(the sofa can also be converted into adouble bed incase of necessity) that opens out onto the patio completely equipped, where you can enjoy savouring excellent morning breakfast meals.
GARDEN:Outside set amongst the spacious estate (8.ooos sm) there is the beautiful swimming pool where you can enjoyexcellent hours of sunshine amongst olive and fruit trees.
Please note the swimming pool is shared with the guests of Villa Gianni.
You can spend moments of complete relaxation and enjoy breakfast in the spacious patio or on the terrace, completely eqipped with armchairs, tables and chairs.
Or you can cook pizza or have a barbecue in a big wood oven  right near to the gazebo and you can dine alfresco.
Outside just next to the villa there is a spacious gazebo and a covered wood oven with a barbecue.
LOCATION: Villa Mariagrazia is the place from where you can set out to discover all around placesfull of history like Todi, Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia, Norcia, Gubbio, or to reach the nearby Tuscany and visit the most famous places Montalcino, Pienza, Cortona, Siena and you are only one hour away from Rome.
