These prices include internet, towels
and bed linens, all taxes, commissions or surcharges
payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- Final cleaning: Euro 150;
- Central heating, firewood and electricity
which will be charged on consumption but will be approximatly
Euro 50 per week depending on the season.

- Individualized cooking lessons with our english speaking
cooks - where among - other things you can learn to
make home-made pasta;
- Wine and cheese tasting;
- Superb Tuscan lunches and dinners cooked for you at
home by our Tuscan cook - (english-speaking);
- Transfers to and from the airport;
- Special honeymoon service;
- Tuscany from a bird's-eye view: discover the unforgettable
experience to fly over;
- Fascinating countryside of Tuscany by the owners plane.
All bookings are for week long periods,
from Saturday to Saturday.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the
beginning of the letting period and must be sent to
InTuscany via credit card. If the balance
is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement
will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send
you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you
how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation
is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than
8 weeks before letting.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 500 is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00
and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 09.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
