These prices include weekly cleaning,
all taxes, commissions or sur charges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- central heating: Euro
30 per day;
-
electricity will be charged on consumption;
- firewood will be charged on consumption.
Saturday to Saturday only during
high season.
Check out by 10am. Check in after
4pm.
Pets allowed.
Italian, French and some English
spoken.
CONDITIONS:
DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 19% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent via e-mail a voucher confirming your payment
with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the
beginning of the letting period and must be paid directly
to the owners by credit card or wire transfer. If the
balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting
agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the cancellation
policy will be applied.
‘InTuscany’ will send
you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you
how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation
is received more than 16 weeks before arrival date,
b) a further 25% of the total letting
price if cancellation is received 16 to 8 weeks before
arrival date
c) Total rent - if cancellation is
received less than 8 weeks before letting.
TELEPHONE: Please
note that there is no telephone and so guests to whom
this might be important are advised to bring their mobile
phone equipped with roaming. In the case of an emergency
the owners live on the property and will provide you
with every assistance, including calling emergency services.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A deposit of Euro 500.00 is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE:
All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00
and 8.00 p.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE:
all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
