These prices
include water, gas, electricity, towels and bed linens, all taxes, commissions
or sur charges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- final cleaning: Villa Serena Euro 100, Villa Serenella & Limonaia Euro 40;

heating: Villa Serena Euro 30 per day, Serenella & Limonaia Euro 13 per day.
Extra Service:
- extra bed: Euro 52 per week;

baby cot: Euro 26 per week;

pets allowed: max 1 per apartment at Euro 30 per week.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20%
of the total letting price is payable at the time of
booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Upon receipt
of your deposit you will be sent via e-mail a voucher
confirming your payment with contact and arrival details.
BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior
to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent
to the owner via wire transfer or Euro check. If the
balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting
agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit
forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send
you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you
how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + 30% of the total - if cancellation is received 8 weeks before arrival, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 200 is to be left with the caretaker upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 and 7.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE
EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in
the court of Montepulciano.
