Once was a lemon tree store house, now restored to serve the purpose of apartment, 50 square meters in size is equipped with a practical kitchen, a big living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The furniture has been carefully chosen: everything styles from the ‘800, floors and ceilings are restored “cotto vecchio” tiles.
Every building is completely independent and has its own access door. The common utilities are the parking lot and the swimming pool. The city of Cortona is less than a kilometre away and is reachable even by walking, while enjoying a marvellous panoramical walk of the valley down below and the Lake Trasimeno.
