Villa Claudia is a private Tuscan villa with swimming pool close to the Versilia coast, only 10 km from Viareggio. It is a beautiful property in the hills that overlook the famous Tuscan coast, rich with shops, bathing establishments and a busy nightlife.

It is walking distance to the small and tranquil town of Corsanico (only 800 meters away), Villa Claudia is ideal for those in search of a country house but at the same time want to be near the sea and places of interest such as Lucca, Pisa, Montecatini Terme, Pistoia and the Cinque Terre.

Villa Claudia is completely fenced and develops over the gentle slope of a hill: the house overlooks the town of Corsanico and has a panoramic view, stretching to Liguria and the cliffs of Corsica on clear days.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: The property offers a private swimming pool (8.5 x 4.5 meters, min. depth 1.2 - max. depth 2 meters) and a shower (cold water) beside it. The paved pool area is furnished with sun lounges and sun umbrellas.

Outside there are two gazeboes for relaxing in the open air, one is found at the entrance to the house while the other lies by the lovely swimming pool. The villa provides also a barbecue and outdoor dining area equipped with tables and chairs.

Private parking upon the property and laundry room with washing machine.

ACCOMODATION: the villa is 250 square meters and can accommodate 8 persons in 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. It extends on three levels:

First floor: from the entrance hall you access a large living area with not warking fireplace, sofas and dining area. From this room you enter the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub.

Second floor: one twin bedroom with access to a terrace with panoramic view, one bathroom with hydro-massage shower and one double bedroom with access to the same terrace.

Please note: on the same level you can find another double bedroom with bathroom with shower on the passage way to the upper floor. This bedroom doesn't have a door but a curtain to protect it from view.

Third floor: twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower. This bedroom access a private terrace with a fantastic view.

All of the rooms except the kitchen and the bathrooms have air-conditioning. Free Wi-Fi internet connection available.

LOCATION: The villa is walking distance the small town of Corsanico, only 800 meters away, which offers a mini supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and pizzeria.

Villa Claudia is near to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and the beach of Versilia (Viareggio only 10 kilometers) as well as within easy reach of the most important Tuscan places of interest. The nearest airport is Pisa (30 minutes by car). Florence airport is one hour and Rome airport about 4 hours.

In case of cancellation of a booking, the clients are entitled to a refund based on the days in advance of arrival day, as follows:

• If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
