Villa La Foce is equipped with all comforts and particularly with a charming fireplace. A nice pool to spend hours full of fun with friends and family, a large garden equipped with a barbecue area for your dinners al fresco.

The property is perfectly located between the beautiful towns of Arezzo and Cortona. This is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by the unspoilt nature, yet close to the famous art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: The villa features a large garden with private swimming pool (size 10 x 5 meters and depth: 0,80 - 1,5 meters) reserved for the exclusive use of the guests. It is also available a fully equipped area to eat outside with the barbecue.

Private parking on the premises. Access to the property is via an unpaved road in good conditions.

ACCOMODATION: the villa is 180 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 persons in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. It extends on two levels along the hillside:

ground floor from the main entrance: living room with double sofa bed, fireplace and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Two steps below: a bathrooms with shower and a twin bedroom. Three steps below: a double bedroom.

Lower floor (accesible from a wooden staircase): one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Wi-Fi internet connection is available and free of charge. Pets are accepted upon request at the time of reservation (extra charge).

LOCATION: Villa La Foce is located close to Cortona and Montepulciano as well as with easy reach of most important Tuscan places of interest. The nearest airport is Florence (about an hour and a half). Pisa is about two hours and Rome airports both about two and a half hours away.
