Villetta Punta Ala is located in a strategic position perched on the hill overlooking the infinity of the seaside below with spectacular views from both sides of the house over the gulf of Punta Ala and three of the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago: Elba, Giglio and Montecristo. The paved terrace, fenced by walls and hedges, is sheltered and perfectly equipped to have dinner outside or simply relax while enjoying the amazing scenery in front of you.

The interiors are spacious and bright thanks to the large windows and French doors. The coloured washed walls perfectly melt with the modern style furnishings giving the villa a very welcoming and sparkling atmosphere.

The village of Punta Ala is just 1,5 km and if offers all the amenities including perfectly organized beaches making Villetta Punta Ala the ideal place to enjoy the quiet and calm of a seaside retreat and the life and commodities of the nearby town.

The nearest sandy beach is about 1.5/2 km from the property. You can reach it by car or also have a nice walk to it. It is a 7 km long beach and there is both free beach or organized bathing establishments.

Right below the villa there is a rocky beach which is private for the houses in this estate and this is only reachable through a path with about 300 steps going down to the rocky beach.

ACCOMODATION: Villetta Punta Ala has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 persons. The Tuscany seaside villa extends on two floors and the main entrance is accessed through a staircase leading to the front terrace. At the ground floor there is wide open living room with large panoramic windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven fridge and freezer and it has direct access to the terrace organized to eat outside enjoying the views. On this area, there is a second kitchenette fot cooking outside. On the same floor there is one bathroom with shower and one bedroom with bunk bed.

On the first floor there are one bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with panoramic terrace, 1 double bedroom with access to the garden and 1 twin bedroom.

The villa also offer air conditioning and central heating, washing machine, iron, DVD player with some videos at your disposal and satellite Tv with the possibility of using your card to have access to SKY and Wi-Fi internet connection.

LOCATION: Villetta Punta Ala has a private covered parking place for one car and direct access to the cliff. The town of Punta Ala is just 1.5 km away with its port, the sandy beaches, all the shops, shopping center, restaurants, bars, banks, post office, chemistry and first aid. Still within 1.5 km from the property you can find a golf course, tennis court, disco, horse back riding, sailing and many other sports.

This is also the ideal staring base to visit the most important sights of Tuscany with the Etruscan towns of Populonia and Vetulonia but also Siena 100 km away, Pisa and Florence both about two hours drive. The nearest airport is that of Pisa about 120 km, Florence is about 160 km and Rome about 200.

• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
