Casa Giulia is a cozy apartment located in the center of Cortona. Carefully renovated, it offers the possibility of stays dedicated to visiting the wonders of Cortona or a base for exploring southern Tuscany, Umbria and Lake Trasimeno.

ACCOMMODATION: The apartment is on two levels: from the doorway located on Via San Marco, a flight of stairs (13 steps) leads to the front door on the second floor. From here one enters a living room/entrance hall that offers a very comfortable sofa bed (usable for 2 people) with a latex mattress, Tuscan-style furniture with a 55-inch Smart TV. A stylish desk, comfortable chair and fast Wi-Fi are available for guests who need to work during long stays.

A second flight of stairs (14 steps) leads to the second floor. There is an open space available that accommodates both the sleeping area (double bed) and the living area with a 40-inch TV and kitchen. This fully equipped and with a dishwasher, offers the possibility of preparing meals at the end of the day. A table for four to six people and comfortable sofas (one of which is a bed for the fifth person), complete this air-conditioned room. Also on this level, there is a full bathroom with shower and washing machine.

NOTES: fireplace only decorative, not working. Air conditioning present only on the second floor (open space).

For those traveling by car, parking inside the walls of Cortona is almost impossible if you are not a resident, but, just outside them, there are several parking lots. The Piazza del Mercato / Porta Bifora parking lot (free); the Porta Colonia parking lot (free and for a fee); the Via Santa Margherita parking lot (free, immediate access to Piazza Garibaldi by going down Via S. Margherita) and the Spirito Santo parking lot (for a fee), which with escalators you will be in Piazza Garibaldi in no time.

For those traveling by train, reach the "Camucia-Cortona" train station. From here, a bus service is available that connects the station to Cortona.

In case of cancellation of a booking, the clients are entitled to a refund based on the days in advance of arrival day, as follows:

• If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid; no penalty applied.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid; no penalty applied.
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid; no penalty applied.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid; no penalty applied.
