This beautiful Tuscan villa with private pool is situated a short distance from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino, between the historical centers of Cortona and Arezzo. Villa Azzurra is an ideal destination for those seeking for tranquillity. The villa location is within easy reach of many places of interest in Tuscany and Umbria. A restaurant is only 1,3 km away.

This recently restored 3-bedroom villa accommodates up to 8 people and is an excellent choice if you wish to spend your holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside. The interiors are welcoming and tastefully furnished.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: A large garden with a private pool overlooking the valley below sourrounds the villa. Outside guests can also enjoy use of a nice, furnished portico ideal for al-fresco dining.

The outside areas are entirely fenced and well manteined, the pool sized 10 x 5 meters, is in a panoramic location and offers a nice solarium area with sun umbrellas and sun beds.

Parking within the grounds. The access to the property is via a gravel road of approx. 1 km suitable to any cars.

ACCOMODATION: The villa is 200 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 persons in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. It extends on two levels:

Ground floor: entrance on to a living area with fireplace and TV. One double bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. On this level you can find another bathroom with shower. Two steps down there are the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen (freezer, microwaves, oven, dishwasher) and the utility room with washing machine.

First floor: One double bedroom (accessible also from the outside), one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Two steps down a mezzanine floor opens on to the living-room with double sofa bed.

Air conditioning in the whole house is provided through a floor cooling system. Free WI-FI available and pets are allowed only upon request.

LOCATION: Villa Azzurra is located close to Cortona and Montepulciano as well as with easy reach of most important Tuscan places of interest. The nearest airport is Florence (about an hour and a half). Pisa is about two hours and Rome airports both about two and a half hours away.

The nearest village is Castiglion Fiorentino, at 7,5 km away, with a variety of shops. Cortona 20 km, Arezzo 21 km, Lake Trasimeno 35 km, Montepulciano 45 km, Pienza 52 km, Montalcino (home of the famous Brunello wines) 70 km, Perugia 72 km, Siena 70 km, Florence 95 km, Orvieto 110 km.
