Villa Casentino is entirely fenced-in and provides large outdoor areas (2000 square meters), a private swimming-pool and nice areas furnished for open-air dining.

Ground floor: covered portico with access on to a laundry with washing machine and one bathroom with shower. From the main entrance you access to the living area with fireplace and satellite TV. On one side you can find the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast room, both with access to the outside covered pergola for your al fresco dinners. On the other side there is the dining room with large tables.

First floor: two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. From a hallway you access two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. A large double bedroom with extra single bed and onother spacious double bedroom with extra single bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The other two extra beds are located in the hallway.

LOCATION: Main distances: Subbiano with general stores 9 km away, Arezzo (railway station with daily trains to Rome and Florence) 23 km, the charming town of Cortona 50 km away, Siena 90 km, Florence 95 km away. The villa is set close to restaurants.

• If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
