GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL: The villa has a splendid heated pool with a gazebo from which you can enjoy the view and relax. The owners of the villa produce very good wine and offer the possibility of wine-tasting and visits to the winery.

In the garden of the villa there is also a playground for children and a shady patio perfect for breakfast and meals in the open air. Amongst the other services offered by the villa is a well equipped gym and a wellness area with hydromassage and sauna where you can relax and spoil yourself. Your stay in the villa can be made even more interesting with cooking lessons which are organized by the staff in the professional kitchen.

Here you’ll find two elegant double bedrooms, each featuring a TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower and an extra hand-held shower. Both rooms have direct access to the garden, allowing guests to step straight outside and enjoy the Tuscan air. A welcoming lounge area with a single sofa bed leads out to a lovely terrace with a table for four — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

Next to it, a private gym awaits, complete with TV, kettle bells, free weights, and a cardio bike, also with direct outdoor access to the terrace.

A short flight of 20 steps down reveals a utility area with a small fridge, a basin, and a laundry room (washing machine, no dryer), as well as a bathroom with a separate shower.

A few steps further down lead to the villa’s wellness area, featuring a steam bath with a walk-in shower and a serene massage and relaxation room — both with access to the outdoors, creating a true spa-like atmosphere.

First Floor: The main entrance, reached via a traditional stone staircase, opens into a welcoming and light-filled space. All the most important Tuscan and Umbrian cities are 2/3 hours drive. (Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, Arezzo, Cortona, Urbino, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Pienza, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Vinci, Certaldo) not to mention the infinite number of villages, medieval and Renaissance castles all within 20 kms.

From the Villa it is easy to reach the art cities of Florence and Siena , as well as medieval villages, castles, churches, “badies” and monasteries, all of which make for a fantastic itinerary in an area dominated by vineyards and wineries, olive groves and woods.
