Villa Lo Stagno is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse with a private swimming pool 🏊‍♂️, peacefully located in the countryside just a few kilometres from Cortona.

The villa is completely independent and surrounded by greenery, ideal for guests looking for privacy, relaxation and an authentic Tuscan experience.

The house preserves its original rural character and is furnished in a simple traditional style, offering modern comforts such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and central heating.

NOTE: there is a pig farm in the surrounding area which, depending on weather conditions and at certain times of the day, may occasionally produce noticeable odours near the property.

GARDEN AND POOL: Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden and exclusive swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ (approx. 4 x 8 m) with sun loungers. The pool area is fenced and can be accessed through steps and a gate, ensuring privacy and safety.

A wooden pergola with table and chairs is perfect for outdoor dining, and guests also have access to a BBQ and private parking.

ACCOMMODATION: The villa is about 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 adults + 2 children, arranged on two floors.

LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet countryside setting, yet well positioned for exploring the area: Cortona is about 10 km away, Lake Trasimeno can be reached in around 20 minutes, and Montepulciano is about a 30-minute drive. The nearest grocery shop is in Montecchio, approximately 1.5 km away.

In case of cancellation of a booking, the clients are entitled to a refund based on the days in advance of arrival day, as follows:

• If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid; no penalty applied.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid; no penalty applied.
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid; no penalty applied.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
