Outside guests can also enjoy use of a nice portico overlooking the garden ideal for al-fresco dining. The property owners live next door but have independent entrance. Villa Melagrani is within easy reach of Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Florence, Siena, Volterra and the Chianti Classico region.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: at guests’ disposal: large, entirely fenced-in garden with private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m - min. depth 0,8 m - max. depth 1,65 m), barbecue. Parking within the grounds.

The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

ACCOMODATION: the villa is 160 square meters and can accommodate up to 7 persons in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It extends on two levels:

Ground floor: large living-room with satellite TV and (non-working) fireplace, dining area with sofa-bed and kitchen fully equipped. On this floor you can find one double bedroom (air conditioning) and one bathroom with shower.

First floor: one double bedroom (air conditioning) with four-poster bed, one twin bedroom (air conditioning, convertible into a double bed) and one bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The house provides WI-FI internet connection and baby bed available upon request (free of charge). Washing-machine available.
