Villa Setteponti is less than 5 km away from the pictoresque village of Loro Ciuffenna and 1 km away from the historical site of Pieve di Gropina.

To offer more privacy to the guests when required, the interiors have been divided into 2 self-contained units with independent access, next to each other, rented as a whole villa to benefit from the exclusive use of the pool and gardens. Also, the family of the owners that lives at the back of Villa Setteponti doesn't have access to the gardens or the pool.

The ideal location allows the guests to reach (within 40 km from the property) famous cities and areas such as Florence, Chianti, Cortona, etc. Therefore Villa Setteponti is the perfect base to explore the whole region of Tuscany.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: The villa has a beautiful private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) reserved for the sole use of the guests, manicured gardens, a fantastic patio furnished with tables, chairs and armchairs to fully enjoy al-fresco dining while admiring the surrounding countryside.

Access to the property is via an automatic gate 50m away from the road leading to Loro Ciuffenna.

ACCOMODATION: the villa is 300 square meters and can accommodate up to 14 persons in 7 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. It comprises 2 units distributed as follow:

UNIT 1 - Ground floor: living room (satellite TV), dining area (1 step above) with table for 14 guests, fireplace and kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer). Two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

First floor: living area with armchairs and panoramic views, living room (satellite tv), an extra dining area with kitchenette (oven, fridge, freezer). Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (one with washing machine).

UNIT 2 - Ground floor: living room (satellite TV), dining area (2 steps above) with kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer).

First floor: Two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower.

• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
