Originally built in the year 1000AD, the villa has undergone a lengthy and meticulously conceived restoration. Today, as a result, guests may enjoy the extraordinary views provided from its unique Tuscan hilltop location. This gorgeous villa, which has been beautifully appointed with the latest modern facilities, has all the comforts that one might want for a memorable and truly unforgettable holiday.

GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL: You can enjoy of a spectacular swimming pool (with salt water and measure 7,3×3,3 mt and 1,4 mt deep). On the entrance steps to the pool are whirlpool jets.

The outside area is furnished with sun beds, rocking chairs, a super relaxing double hammock, table and chairs… with an amazing view on the Florentine hills!

ACCOMMODATION: The villa is rented as one house but is composed of two separate flats, which are connected by an interior door:

Ground floor: Two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen with glorious arched windows providing a spectacular view over the valley and one bathroom; one spacious double bedrooms, on bathroom with large shower, a master bedroom with queen size bed, separate dressing room, and large en-suite bathroom with shower.

First floor: Two large living rooms with a large fireplace (perfect for reading), a bright and panoramic kitchen with terrace, one bathroom; a master bedroom with queen size bed and large double shower en-suite bathroom, one large bedroom (queen size bed), one twin bedroom, another bathroom with shower.

The villa has been completely restored with old and original terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design, with a very cool, clean look. It has been equipped with heating, Satellite TV, wi-fi, DVD player and stereo with CD player, BBQ, ceiling fans (the bedrooms and the kitchen), automatic gate, car parking area and a spacious independet garden.

NOTE: It’s possible to rent the villa (11 beds) with the exclusive use of the swimming pool or rent the entire property, Villa del Colle + Villa Montelupo (sleeps 15+2) with the exclusive use of 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi.

LOCATION: Villa del Colle is near to Florence as well as with easy reach of most important Tuscan places of interest. The nearest airport is Florence airport (under half an hour) Pisa is about 45 minutes and Rome airports are about three hours drive.

Villa del Colle is situated in an exceptionally beautiful part of Chianti above the Arno valley and about 230 meters or 754.6 feet above sea level.

It is within easy reach of the most famous Tuscan cities: only 20 minutes from Florence, 10 minutes from Vinci and San Miniato, 30 minutes from Pisa, 50 minutes from Siena, Volterra, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano.

In case of cancellation of a booking, the clients are entitled to a refund based on the days in advance of arrival day, as follows:

• If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 75% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
