Since the beginning of the XIX century Villa Masotti offers relaxation amid the beauty of the Tuscan hills. Immersed in this sensory environment you will experience a return to the past when time went slow and while drinking a glass of wine you will feel like home.

Villa Masotti is a part of the greater complex belonging to the noble Sozzifanti family. It is a typical XIX century Tuscan residence with its distinctive simple and elegant style.

From its privileged position on top of the hill it ensures a unique view expanding across the vineyards and olive groves of the countryside surrounding.

This historical charming residence, recently restored and brought back to its original splendor, hosts the historical archives of the Italian tenor Egisto Niccoli family.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: The villa offers its guests a pool (12 x 6 meters, depth 90 - 140 cm) strategically placed in a higher panoramic position amongst the olive groves with breathtaking views of the vineyards and the countryside surrounding.

The pool is fully equipped with sun chairs and sun umbrellas and a gazebo.

ACCOMODATION: Villa Masotti is 900 square meters extending on 3 levels.

On the ground floor of the villa, once housing the stables and the old kitchen, you can find the entrance hall, the dining room, patio, living room with satellite-TV, separate toilet, one double bedroom with bathroom with shower, professional kitchen with dining table.

On the first floor you will be welcomed by the spacious living rooms perfect for a relaxing moment and dining room with fireplace. On this same floor there is also a double bedroom with bathroom without shower.

The second floor opens onto the large living room from which you can reach the four double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom all of them have a bathroom with shower and offer splendid views of the park and of the Italian garden. All of the bedrooms are equipped with bathrooms completely refurbished in travertine marble.

LOCATION: Villa Masotti is near to Pistoia the delightful medieval city of Pistoia is just a few minutes drive away. It is also within easy reach of the most important Tuscan places of interest: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano etc...

The nearest airport is Florence airport (less than an hour). Pisa is just over an hour and Rome airports are both about 3 hours drive.

In case of cancellation of a booking, the clients are entitled to a refund based on the days in advance of arrival day, as follows:

• If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
• If the cancellation is made between 6 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid.
